To ensure the efficient operation of our practice and to accommodate the needs of all our patients, we have established the following Cancellation/Failure to Attend Policy.

 

Our Commitment to You:

We are committed to delivering high-quality dental care and providing you with an exceptional experience. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we allocate our resources, including our team’s time, to meet your dental needs.

 

Your Commitment to Us:

We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our appointment policy, which is designed to benefit all our patients. We appreciate your understanding of the importance of either attending your scheduled appointment or notifying us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Advance Notice: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of care.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or do not attend your appointment without notifying us, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the appointment time that was reserved for you.

 

Cancellation Fee:

For late cancellations or no-shows, a fee of  $50 will be charged to your account.

 

Appeal Process:

If you believe that extenuating circumstances prevented you from providing timely notice of cancellation, we encourage you to reach out to us. We will consider such cases on an individual basis.
